Prior to joining Oak HC/FT, Madison was an Associate at Arsenal Capital Partners, a private equity firm specializing in investments in middle-market healthcare and industrials companies. In this role, Madison helped manage all investor relations, fundraising and marketing functions for the firm.
Before joining Arsenal Capital Partners, Madison was Head of Institutional Real Estate and Private Equity Marketing and Investor Relations at Markets Group. Prior to that, she held multiple roles at MedEdNow.
Madison received a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University.
