Charles Quay serves as Principal in the Commercial Real Estate Group at Oak Hill Advisors, L.P. since June 2021, contributing to a leading investment firm with approximately $60 billion in capital, focusing on leveraged loans and distressed investments. Previously, Charles was a Fellow at The Economic Club of New York and held positions at Silver Point Capital in the Commercial Real Estate Group, Realty Finance Trust as an Associate, Realty Income Corporation as an Acquisitions Associate, and Barclays Capital as a Summer Analyst. Charles earned a Bachelor of Science degree, Cum Laude, in Applied Economics and Management with a Finance concentration from Cornell University.
