Douglas Kupcha

Douglas Kupcha began their career in 1996 as a Server Production Engineer at Fountain Technologies, Inc. Douglas then worked as a Senior Systems Administrator at TD Ameritrade from 2000 to 2007. From 2007 to 2015, Kupcha served as a Senior Systems Engineer at Gravitas, where they led implementation projects and supported various infrastructure environments. Since 2015, they have been employed at Oak Hill Advisors, L.P., initially as a Senior Systems Engineer and later as a Vice President, Senior Systems Engineer. Oak Hill Advisors specializes in investment management and Kupcha's role involves overseeing systems engineering responsibilities for the firm's various funds.

Douglas Kupcha attended Philadelphia University from 1993 to 1995 where they studied Architecture & Interior Design within the Philadelphia College of Textiles & Science. In addition to their degree, Douglas Kupcha has obtained several certifications from Microsoft. Douglas received the MCSE: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure certification from Microsoft in August 2017. Prior to this, they obtained two certifications in December 2014, namely the MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional and MCSA: Windows Server 2012.
