Al Organ

Al Organ has a strong background in finance and investment banking. They started as a Summer Analyst at Wells Fargo Securities in 2014, later becoming an Investment Banking Analyst until 2017. Subsequently, they worked as an Associate at Water Street Healthcare Partners from 2017 to 2019. In 2020, Al was an MBA Intern at SonarMD, and currently, they hold the position of Vice President at Oak Hill Capital starting in 2021.

Al Organ earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Washington and Lee University in 2015. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration at Stanford University Graduate School of Business from 2019 to 2021.
