Vaughn Weber has a strong background in information technology, with experience spanning over several companies. Vaughn started their career at Marathon Oil Company as an Associate Programmer from 1988 to 1990. Vaughn then worked at Ball Corporation as a Senior Programmer Analyst, where they primarily focused on COBOL and ORACLE Tools, from 1990 to 1993. Vaughn joined Alltrista Consumer Products Company (now Jarden) in 1993 and held various positions, including Systems Administrator, Manager of IS, and Manager of IT. Vaughn also served as an ORACLE DBA for their ERP systems. From 2002 to 2009, Vaughn worked at Ontario Systems LLC, initially as a Systems Analyst and later as a Supervisor of Application Development. Vaughn attempted to transition into a new role called Program Manager before leaving the company. Since 2009, Vaughn has been associated with both Indiana Finance Company and Oak Motors, where they have held the position of Director of Information Technology. In their role, they have provided technology direction to multiple locations and managed a team of IT professionals, while also overseeing facilities and security at Indiana Finance Company.
Vaughn Weber attended Ball State University from 1983 to 1987, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. Before attending university, they completed their high school education at Wapahani High School, although specific dates were not provided.
