Matt Hughes is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in operations and business analysis. Currently serving as Core Operations Manager at Oak Point Partners since September 2018, Matt devises and implements strategies to enhance organizational procedures and optimize resource allocation. Previous roles include Senior Business Analyst/Recruiter and Business Analyst/Recruiter, where Matt improved operational efficiencies through in-depth data analysis and mentorship. Prior to Oak Point Partners, Matt worked at WellStar Health System in various capacities, including Operations Supervisor and Guest Relations Representative, demonstrating expertise in project oversight and customer relations. Matt holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Colorado State University Global, a Graduate Certificate in Public Health from Michigan State University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
