Matt Grimm

Matt Grimm currently serves as the General Manager and Chief Operating Officer at Oak Ridge Country Club since October 2023. Prior to this role, Matt held the position of Vice President of Finance and Operations at the Minneapolis Club, where responsibilities included overseeing daily operations and managing various functions such as HR, IT, and finance. Previous experience includes directing client services at Roers Companies, providing consulting strategies for AirProjects, and managing concessions and business development at the Metropolitan Airports Commission, where remarkable sales growth was achieved. Early in their career, Matt managed operations for multiple high-volume restaurants with HMS Host International. Matt holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from the University of Minnesota.
