Clay has held leadership positions in various companies, including Oak River Farms and Generation Farms, where they served as Chief Counsel and Vice President. In these roles, they provided legal counsel on a wide range of matters, including real estate transactions, corporate governance, and human resources. Prior to that, Powell worked as the General Counsel for HavenBrook Homes, where they managed legal matters for a private-equity investment company specializing in single-family residential homes. Clay began their career as an International Loan Officer at Citizens & Southern Bank.
