Clay Powell

Clay Powell has extensive experience in the legal field, with a focus on real estate and investment management. Clay has held leadership positions in various companies, including Oak River Farms and Generation Farms, where they served as Chief Counsel and Vice President. In these roles, they provided legal counsel on a wide range of matters, including real estate transactions, corporate governance, and human resources. Prior to that, Powell worked as the General Counsel for HavenBrook Homes, where they managed legal matters for a private-equity investment company specializing in single-family residential homes. Clay began their career as an International Loan Officer at Citizens & Southern Bank. Throughout their career, Powell has demonstrated expertise in business transactions, risk management, and commercial real estate finance.

Clay Powell has a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Georgia School of Law, which they earned from 1991 to 1994. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Valdosta State University from 1984 to 1988.
