Asmita Oak is the current director at OAK SYSTEMS P. Asmita was previously the director at Oak Unipro Solutions Pte Ltd from December 2013 to December 2016. Oak Unipro Solutions Pte Ltd is a specialist Software Services Company incorporated in Singapore. OUS is the brainchild of software technology specialists with proven track record of managing & executing global software assignments to the satisfaction of clients. OUS is formed as a joint venture initiative by Oak Systems (www.oaksys.net) headquartered in Bangalore (India) since 1998 and Unipro Group (www.unipro.com.sg), headquartered in Singapore since 2002.

From June 2008 to March 2012, Asmita Oak was the Chairman - Governing Council at Amruta Institute of Engineering & Management Sciences (AIeMS). AIeMS is a new Engineering college situated off Mysore Road in Bidadi Industrial Area. Started in 2008 with an aim to provide quality engineering education that is focused, practical and useful for industry & research. Started by technocrats & professionals, the college has set goals for itself to excel in its chosen field.

Asmita Oak is also a trustee at Adamya Chetana.

Asmita Oak's educational career began with their attending the Model Central Primary School in Alagawadi village, where they studied in the Kannada Medium program. Asmita then went on to the New English School Hubli for their SSLC, again in the Kannada Medium program. For their PUC, they attended P C Jabin Science College and studied Science - PCMS. Oak then attended Gulbarga University for their BE in E&C, followed by PDA College of Engineering, Gulbarga for their second BE also in E&C. Finally, they completed their M Tech in EE (Signal Processing) at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
