Oak Terrace Senior Living

Oak Terrace Senior Communities are a group of Assisted Living, Memory Care, Nursing Home, and Independent Living campus in Southern Minnesota: North Mankato, Gaylord, Jordan, and Le Sueur. Residents and families have the assurance of knowing that staff assistance is available 24 hours a day to provide personal care services to those residents who need help with daily activities. Our wireless emergency call system provides each resident additional safety and security. Spacious seven-foot hallways easily accommodate wheelchairs, walkers, and motorized carts. And those traveling by foot can be comforted knowing handrails line both sides of our hallways. Residents are provided full medication administration, three meals daily, complete laundry, linen, and housekeeping services as well as a whirlpool tub bath weekly. We employ full-time RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and a full-time Activities Director. Oak Terrace not only provides a safe senior living environment for residents but offers many amenities to make it a comfortable and pleasant environment as well.
