Michelle Alvarez

Michelle Alvarez is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles within the field. Currently serving as the VP Human Resources Manager at Oak Valley Community Bank since March 2023, Michelle previously held the position of AVP Payroll and Benefits Manager. Prior experience includes working as a Personnel Analyst for the County of San Joaquin from October 2021 to March 2023, a Human Resources Analyst for the City of Stockton, CA from March 2020 to October 2021, and a Benefits Specialist at the University of the Pacific from November 2015 to March 2020. Earlier in the career, Michelle worked as a Benefits Coordinator at PAQ dba Food 4 Less/Rancho San Miguel from March 2011 to February 2015. Michelle Alvarez earned a Bachelor of Arts in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Sonoma State University.
