Andrew Burgess

Andrew Burgess is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and outdoor retail sectors. Currently serving as the Vice President of Accounting - Hospitality at Oak View Group since May 2024, Burgess previously held the position of Director of Accounting at Bergfreunde from March 2021 to March 2024. Prior roles include Controller for North America at Backcountry, International Compliance and Reporting Manager at Bergfreunde, and Senior Accountant at Backcountry. Burgess began a career in accounting at EY, working as an Assurance Services Staff member and also as an intern. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Accounting and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Business/Management, both from Colorado State University.
