Grace Amaugwu

Grace Amaugwu, MBA has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. Grace is currently serving as the Director of Finance at Oak View Group since September 2019. Prior to this, they worked as a Staff Accountant (Fixed Assets) at Total Safety US, Inc. from May 2019 to September 2019.

From December 2017 to May 2019, Grace worked as a Staff Accountant at GC Services Limited Partnership, where they were responsible for maintaining financial records, overseeing taxes, and preparing journal entries.

Grace also served as a Finance Accountant at Prospera from February 2017 to October 2017, assisting with payroll, performing bank reconciliations, and preparing monthly accrual journal entries.

Earlier in their career, Grace worked as an Administrative Staff Accountant/ Financial Integrity at Rio Texas Conference from August 2014 to November 2016. Grace'sresponsibilities included analyzing financial reports, maintaining spreadsheets, and reconciling accounts.

In addition to their finance roles, Grace also gained retail experience as a Sales Associate at American Eagle Outfitters from February 2013 to March 2015. Grace provided outstanding customer service, maintained awareness of promotions, and executed store management’s goals.

Lastly, Grace worked as a Telephone Service Representative at Team Express Distribution from October 2013 to August 2014.

Grace Amaugwu earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Texas at San Antonio. Grace then went on to obtain their Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Process Improvement from the University of Houston-Downtown in 2020. In addition, they obtained a certified IRS Tax Preparer certification in December 2015.
