Julie McNeely

Julie McNeely is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR operations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Oak View Group since April 2022, McNeely previously held the position of Human Resource Manager at Spectra from April 2008 to April 2022. In this role, McNeely led HR operations at the Duke Energy Convention Center, managing employee relations for both union and non-union employees, overseeing hiring and onboarding processes, interpreting policies, and handling payroll management and timekeeping. McNeely effectively facilitated communication between Corporate HR and Payroll to ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies. Julie McNeely holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from Northern Kentucky University.
