Matt Carnot

Matt Carnot is a seasoned professional in partnership management and activation within the sports industry. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Partnership Management for the New York Islanders since May 2025, Carnot previously held senior roles at Oak View Group, including Senior Director and Director of Partnership Activation. Prior experience includes key positions with the Arizona Coyotes, where roles ranged from Director of Corporate Activation to Corporate Partnerships Service Manager, and an internship with the Chicago Bears. Early career experiences also include various roles with the Chicago Blackhawks and the Chicago Sky. Matt Carnot holds a Master of Sports Administration from Ohio University and a Bachelor's degree in Recreation, Sport, and Tourism Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
