Michael Lugo

Michael Lugo is an experienced professional in the sports and entertainment industry, currently serving as Box Office Manager for Oak View Group since June 2023. Prior to this role, Michael worked as Ticket Sales and Service Coordinator at the University of Massachusetts Amherst from August 2022 to June 2023. Michael's background includes serving as a dispatcher and bus driver for Pioneer Valley Transit Authority from February 2020 to September 2022, as well as completing an operations internship with the Western Massachusetts Pioneers during the summer of 2021. Michael holds a degree in Sport Management from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, where studies took place from 2018 to 2022, following completion of education at Jericho Senior High School from 2014 to 2018.
