Rachel Bailey

Rachel McMonagle Bailey is an experienced professional in marketing partnerships and business development, currently serving as the Director of Partner Solutions for the Crown Properties Collection at Oak View Group since September 2023. Prior to this role, Rachel held various positions at Madison Square Garden Sports Corp., culminating as Director of Marketing Partnerships. With a track record that includes managing brand partnerships at The Players' Tribune and global partnerships at AS Roma, Rachel has developed a strong background in strategic partnership management. Early career experiences include internships at Hill Holliday, the Philadelphia Phillies, and WCVB-TV, following a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Boston College. Rachel graduated from Moorestown High School with high honors.
