Ryan Redler

Ryan Redler has extensive experience in the sports and entertainment industry. Ryan currently holds the position of Vice President, Global Partnerships- Head of 3rd Party Property Representation at Oak View Group since October 2021. In addition, they serve as a member of the Board of Advisors for the Penn State Sports Business Conference starting in October 2022.

Prior to their current roles, Ryan worked for Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. for several years. Ryan held positions such as Director of Marketing Partnerships from September 2016 to October 2021, Manager of Marketing Partnerships from September 2014 to August 2016, and Coordinator of Marketing Partnerships from 2013 to August 2014.

Earlier in their career, Ryan gained experience in business development at Sports Illustrated, where they worked under NFL Agent Jack Bechta. This role involved developing strategic business partnerships with NFL and NCAA media companies on behalf of NationalFootballPost.com.

Before that, Ryan worked as a Buyer/Sales Associate at Pacific Action Sports Inc. from August 2011 to December 2012, and as a Contract Worker in Sports Management at ESPN from July 2010 to August 2011.

Ryan Redler earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Business from Penn State University in 2009. Ryan then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Marketing and Sports Business at San Diego State University from 2011 to 2012. Prior to their undergraduate studies, they attended Clemson University in 2005 for Psychology. Ryan completed their secondary education at Fairfield High School from 2001 to 2005.
