Rifat Iqbal

Rifat Iqbal has been working in the tech industry since 2011. Rifat began their career as an IT/IS Information Systems Support Assistant at Parkdean Holidays. In 2015, they moved to Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where they held the positions of Technical Consultant, Junior Software Developer and HP Exstream Developer. In 2017, they joined Ravensworth Printing Services Limited, where they served as a Front-end Developer and Developer. Rifat's roles included sole front-end development of a web-to-print platform and web apps, as well as writing Java APIs to be consumed by web apps and data systems. Rifat also conducted server migration, management and maintenance tasks in AWS. In 2020, they became a Frontend Developer at Oak Engage.

Rifat Iqbal has a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems from Northumbria University, obtained between 2008 and 2012, with a field of study in Information Technology. Rifat also has a Master of Science in Management Information Systems, also from Northumbria University, obtained between 2012 and 2014, with a field of study in Management Information Systems, General.
