Jean Langan-Viotto

Ms. Langan-Viotto leads a team that executes affirmative reviews, compliance reviews, and rebuttal re-underwriting litigation assignments for global and regional banks, credit unions, and originators. With over 22 years of experience, Ms. Langan-Viotto has a breadth of experience across mortgage products (Residential Mortgage-Backed Securities and whole loans), credit underwriting, and managing large teams. Prior to Oak Branch, Ms. Langan-Viotto managed 150 contract reviewers for an OCC consent order for Bank of America’s default servicing. Ms. Langan-Viotto was also the Operations Manager for Bear Stearns’ jumbo mortgage conduit – including underwriting, document review, customer service, servicing, sales support, negotiation of buy/sell side purchase agreements, and the negotiation of Mortgage Putback loans. She has also held roles at leading financial services firms. Ms. Langan-Viotto earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Connecticut.
