James Blakey

James Blakey has a strong work experience in the financial industry. James started their career at Capital One in 2009 as a Senior Business Analyst, where they worked until October 2013. James then moved to Vanquis Bank, where they served as a Lead Credit Analyst from October 2013 to February 2015.

In February 2015, James joined Oakbrook as the Head of Credit, a role they held until December 2017. James then transitioned to becoming the Chief Analytics Officer at Oakbrook in January 2018 and later took on the position of Chief Credit & Analytics Officer in November 2022.

In addition to their roles at Oakbrook, James also served as a Member of the Board of Trustees at Headway - Nottingham starting from June 2015.
