Nilay Shah has a diverse work experience spanning from 2016 to 2022. Starting as a Crew Member at Burger King in 2016, they gained experience in the kitchen, at the till, and in customer service. In 2018, Nilay interned at Engineered Air Treatment Limited, contributing to the manufacture of fans, vents, and louvres. They also participated in a leadership development program at LeadNow! that same year.

In 2019, Nilay worked as a Customer Service Advisor at The Contact Company, where they demonstrated excellent customer satisfaction and utilized various databases to process and track customer orders. Nilay Shah completed their A levels in Maths, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology (AS) at Cedars Academy (Longslade Community College) from 2011 to 2015. Nilay then pursued a degree in Automotive Engineering at the University of Hertfordshire from 2015 to 2018.
