Douglas Moore

Douglas Moore is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate and entrepreneurship. As Co-Owner of Oakhurst Country Club since December 2018, Moore has played a key role in the organization's operations. Moore founded and continues to invest in Go Green Auto Spa, a waterless car wash business with plans for franchise expansion. As Managing Partner at Epic Equity LP, Moore specializes in a real estate private equity fund focused on multifamily units. Additionally, Moore manages a distressed single-family rental fund at Alain Pinel Realtors and has experience as a real estate agent. Previously, Moore founded HOPE361 to support the mentally ill and addicted community and led a hedge fund at Heartwood Capital. Early career roles included institutional sales at Robertson Stephens & Co. and private client services at Goldman Sachs. Moore holds multiple degrees from Brown University and Brigham Young University, including an MBA in Finance.
