John Padding

John Padding has extensive experience in compliance and operations management within the financial sector. Currently serving as Compliance/Operations Manager at OAKK Capital Partners B.V. and OAKK Solid Investment Solutions since 2014 and 2017, respectively, John previously held the same role at Man Group from 2008 to 2014, overseeing financial and compliance processes in different capacities. Prior roles include Internal Auditor and Compliance Officer at The Citco Group of Companies, as well as Managing Director for Man Group in the Netherlands. John has also worked as a Holding Controller at E D & F Man Netherlands B.V., and in various financial and administrative roles throughout the 1990s and 1980s, including positions at KPMG. John holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance.
