Jeffrey E Lowe is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in subrogation and incident tracking. Currently serving as a Subrogation Attorney for Russell Legal Group and Albert and Mackenzie since early 2024 and April 2023 respectively, Jeffrey also holds the role of Incident Tracking Analyst for the Oakland Athletics since March 2023. Previously, Jeffrey accumulated significant expertise as a Subrogation Attorney at Cipolla Calaba Wollman & Bhatti from January 2022 to April 2023 and as an Attorney at Law at Laughlin, Falbo, Levy & Moresi, LLP from 2008 to 2021. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from UC Irvine and graduated from Western State College of Law.
