Jasmin White

Jasmin White is a skilled professional in the field of mental health services with extensive experience in utilization management and clinical analysis. Currently serving as the Director of Utilization Management at Oakland Community Health Network since May 2020, Jasmin previously held roles such as Manager of Utilization Management and Review. At MDHHS since November 2016, Jasmin has led the implementation of the LOCUS tool across Michigan, developed fidelity review tools, and trained team members on effective utilization practices. Earlier experience includes supervising eligibility screenings for community mental health services at OCCMHA, where Jasmin also served as Clinical Analyst focusing on evidence-based practices for adults with mental illness.
