Jason Cubbin is an experienced mental health professional with a robust background in substance use disorder treatment and clinical supervision. Currently serving as a Utilization Management and Review Analyst for Oakland Community Health Network since April 2019, Jason previously held roles including Supervisor of Clinical Services at Oakland Family Services and Substance Abuse Counselor at Community Programs, Inc. Notable accomplishments include providing individual and group therapy, conducting assessments, and developing person-centered treatment plans. Jason has also contributed to academia as a part-time lecturer at Oakland University and has extensive supervisory experience in residential substance abuse settings.
