Nasr Doss, MSIS, PMP, ITIL, has extensive work experience in various roles within the field of information technology. Nasr'smost recent position is as the Chief Data Officer at Oakland Community Health Network starting in November 2022. Prior to this, Nasr served as the Deputy Chief Information Officer at Detroit Wayne Mental Health Authority from April 2019 to November 2022. During their tenure at Detroit Wayne Mental Health Authority, they also held positions such as Director of Business Intelligence & Analytics, Senior Project Manager, Acting Chief Information Officer, and Programmer. Before joining Detroit Wayne Mental Health Authority, Nasr worked as a Department Administrator at Wayne County from March 2007 to May 2014. Nasr also gained experience as an Accountant at Wayne County Airport Authority in 2003.

Nasr Doss holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from Walsh College, earned between the years 2004 and 2007. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Ain Shams University, completed from 1991 to 1995. In terms of additional certifications, Nasr Doss has achieved various accreditations throughout their career.
