Gagan Setia

Gagan Setia has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Currently, they serve as the Chief Operating Officer/Vice President of the Global Workday Practice at Oakland Consulting Group, Inc. gagan joined this company in 2023. Prior to this, Gagan worked at Limex, Inc. from 2007 to 2022 as the Managing Director/Partner. During this time, they led the implementation of the Statewide Personnel System (SPS) and other systems for the State of Maryland. Before joining Limex, Inc., Gagan worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as the Sr. Vice President (CTO), Corporate Technology & Infrastructure from 2001 to 2007. gagan also worked as the Development Director at an App. Integration Startup from 2000 to 2001, and as a Manager at KPMG from 1998 to 2000. Prior to that, they held roles as a Sr. Management Consultant at Mastech from 1997 to 1998, a Sr. Systems Analyst at Birlasoft from 1995 to 1997, and a Network Manager at Samtel from 1994 to 1995.

Gagan Setia completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Kurukshetra University in 1990-1993. gagan then pursued an M.Sc. in Statistics from Chaudhary Charan Singh University from 1994 to 1996. Gagan later obtained an MBA in Information Technology from the Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management in 1999-2001. Recently, in 2017-2018, they attended the Carnegie Mellon University - Heinz College of Information Systems and Public Policy for Executive Education focused on CIO.
