Chris Ward

Chris Ward currently serves as the Director of Oakland County Parks and Recreation since November 2021. In addition to this role, Chris Ward has held the position of Deputy Clerk/Register of Deeds for Oakland County and has served as the Deputy County Executive for Oakland County, Michigan Government since February 2021. Chris Ward has extensive experience in public service, having worked as the Chief Of Staff for the Oakland County Board of Commissioners since August 2006 and as a State Representative for the State of Michigan from 2002 to 2008.
