Fred Miller

Fred Miller currently serves as Deputy County Clerk and Register of Deeds for Oakland County, Michigan Government since March 2021, while also acting as Principal at White Pine Group, LLC. Previously, Fred Miller was Macomb County Clerk and Register of Deeds, where notable accomplishments included a departmental turnaround that earned four national awards for excellence and innovation. Prior roles included Deputy Treasurer for Oakland County and County Commissioner for Macomb County, where foundational policies and key regional initiatives were developed. As Political Director for SEIU Michigan State Council, Fred Miller supported union leadership in achieving political and policy objectives. A former State Representative, Fred Miller received accolades including the "Friend of Nursing" award and the Legislator of the Year from the Police Officer Association of Michigan. Fred Miller holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Theory and Constitutional Democracy from James Madison College at Michigan State University.
