Kailey Phelps

Kailey Phelps has extensive experience in financial management and accounting, currently serving as Cash Accounting Supervisor for Oakland County, Michigan Government since November 2021. Prior to this, Kailey held the position of Manager of Student Accounting & Auxiliary Revenue Services at Washtenaw Community College from December 2016 to November 2021. Previous roles include Assistant Director at Specs Howard School of Media Arts and Director of Finance at MIAT College of Technology. Kailey's career began at The TJX Companies, Inc. as a Customer Service Coordinator, followed by positions as Assistant Manager at Halloween City and various roles at Specs Howard School of Media Arts, including Default Management Coordinator and Administrative Assistant. Kailey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Operations from Walsh College and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Macomb Community College.
