Nancy Finazzo

Nancy Finazzo, PhD, is a Higher Education Specialist at Intuit since May 2025, focusing on enhancing financial literacy for college students and graduates. As a Co-Founder of Bye Bye Bully and a Coach at Achieving the Dream, Inc., Finazzo is dedicated to educational empowerment and student success. Additional roles include serving on the Strategic Board Advisory Council for Reaching Higher Inc. and chairing the Oakland80 Steering Committee for Oakland County, Michigan Government. Prior positions include Director of Client Success at Lightcast, where Finazzo led efforts to support community colleges and Canadian universities, and Dean for Student Success at Northwood University, overseeing the comprehensive student success model. Finazzo's earlier career at Oakland Community College included multiple leadership roles in planning, quality, and accreditation. Finazzo holds a PhD in Higher Education from The University of Toledo, along with a Master's in Administration and a Bachelor's in Applied Arts from Central Michigan University.
