F. Young Fong

F. Young Fong has extensive experience in environmental health and community engagement. Since December 2011, F. Young Fong has served as President of Fongs Health and Environmental Services, focusing on public health and safety. Concurrently, F. Young Fong acts as Honorary Community Evangelist at the Oakland Digital Arts & Literacy Center, promoting digital literacy and economic empowerment in underserved communities. Prior experience includes serving as a Registered Environmental Health Specialist at Alameda County from May 1989 to September 2011, and working as a Cost Estimator at Transo Envelope Company from April 1983 to May 1989. F. Young Fong holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from California State University-Sacramento.
