Tonya McKinnis

Tonya McKinnis serves as a Community Outreach Fellow at the Oakland Digital Arts & Literacy Center (ODALC) since October 2014, dedicating efforts to educate, inspire, and empower underserved communities to thrive in the digital economy. Additionally, Tonya has been the owner of Blackys Haircare since September 1997, showcasing entrepreneurial expertise. Tonya holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business/Commerce from Laney College, completed between 2013 and 2015.
