Alika Okamitsu is a skilled professional with a diverse background in program management and environmental engineering. Currently serving as Program Director at Oakland Genesis since August 2021, Alika has previously contributed to Special Olympics Hawaii as a Volunteer Competition Judge and held various roles at Jacobs, including Construction Manager and Water Engineer/Inspector. Alika's experience also includes leadership positions within the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) and a tenure at CH2M HILL as a Water Engineer/Inspector. Alika began a career at Kiewit as District Environmental Manager and Environmental Engineer. Alika holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz, earned in 2013.

We deliver cost-free youth development programming to Oakland youth from underserved communities, channeling their passion for soccer into personal growth, educational achievement, and life success.
