Graham Thomas

Graham Thomas is a seasoned data engineer with extensive experience in designing and implementing data solutions across various industries. Currently serving as Principal Data Engineer at Oakland | B Corp, Graham has developed a greenfield data platform for Elvie and successfully executed a proof of concept for Starburst in AWS. Previously at Meta, Graham contributed to the data capabilities of the WhatsApp Windows native client, and at loveholidays.com, Graham led the creation of a dedicated data engineering team while overseeing significant migrations to GCP. Prior roles include Data Developer at Betfair and Technical Lead at Bank of Ireland, where Graham managed key projects related to credit risk systems and compliance. Graham holds a BA in Management Science and Information Systems Studies from Trinity College Dublin, a Postgraduate Diploma in Java Programming, and a Specialized Certificate in Mobile Cloud Computing.
