Susan Harding

Susan Harding, PhD has a diverse background in human services, psychology, and social work. With experience at OLHSA in various roles and currently as Director of Community & Economic Services, Chief Executive Officer at Oakland Livingston Human Service Agency, and Early Childhood Services Director at GCCARD Head Start, Susan has an extensive career in community and economic development. Susan is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Human Services at Capella University.
