Jessica Ramos

Ambassador at Oakland Promise

Jessica Ramos is an experienced professional currently serving as a Human Resources Intern II at EBMUD since March 2024. In addition, Jessica has held various roles including Ambassador at Oakland Promise since July 2019, and KP Launch Program Coordinator at Kaiser Permanente earlier in 2024. Other significant positions include Student Teacher at the East Bay Asian Youth Center and Student Liaison with #OaklandUndivided. Jessica also gained experience as a Commercial Banking Corporate Client & Specialized Industries Fellow at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and as a Director of Post Secondary Success Intern at Stupski Foundation, where notable research on student mental health was conducted. Jessica co-founded the Moving Forward Project and worked as a Peer Educator with Berkeley Financial Bears. Currently, Jessica is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Social Welfare at the University of California, Berkeley, where additional studies include a minor in Early Developmental & Learning Science and Educational Psychology.
