Akilah Cadet

Akilah Cadet, DHSc, MPH, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in change management, organizational development, and public health. As the founder and CEO of Change Cadet since February 2015, Akilah provides consulting services focused on executive coaching, strategic planning, and promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Akilah also serves as a partner, co-owner, and lead investor at Oakland Roots Sports Club since May 2023 and holds the position of Chief Creative Officer at REP CO, a storytelling collaborative addressing racial and social justice. Previous roles include podcast host at Betches Media, Care Experience Manager at San Francisco Department of Public Health, and Senior Health Educator at Curry Senior Center. Akilah earned a Doctorate of Health Sciences, an MPH in Public Health, and a Bachelor's degree in Health Science from notable institutions.
