Jason Smith

Jason Smith has over 23 years of experience in technology and support roles within educational settings, currently serving as the Director of Technology at Oakland Schools since August 2010. Previously, Jason held various positions at Oakland Schools, including Senior Technology Coordinator and Technical Support Specialist. Prior to that, Jason worked at River Rouge School District from September 2000 to August 2010 as the Manager of District Print Shop/Technical Support. Jason holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Technology and Security and an Associate's degree in Computer Science with a Cisco Option, both from Baker College of Allen Park.
