Lisa Whiteside

Lisa Whiteside is an experienced educator and technology specialist with a focus on integrating technology in educational settings. Currently serving as a Senior Technology Coordinator and previously a Technology Integration Specialist at Oakland Schools since July 2019, Lisa has contributed significantly to the technology landscape in education. Prior roles include K-5 Technology Teacher at Madison District Public Schools from October 2015 to July 2019, Blended Learning/Technology position at Starr Detroit Academy from August 2014 to October 2015, and 4th Grade Teacher at Michigan School for the Arts from August 2012 to June 2014. Lisa holds a Master of Arts in Educational Technology from Michigan State University and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the same institution, supplemented by early education at Central Michigan University.
