Liz Blomquist

Liz Blomquist is an experienced mathematics educator with a career spanning multiple roles in various educational institutions. Currently serving as a Mathematics Instructor at Oakland Schools since August 2018, Liz previously worked as a Math Consultant at Genesee Career Institute (GISD) from August 2006 to July 2018 and as a Math Teacher at Rochester Community Schools from September 1995 to December 1997. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Michigan College of Literature, Science, and the Arts, a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Ferris State University, and another Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Oakland University.
