Keith Welch

Keith Welch is an experienced educator and data analysis consultant currently serving as a Mathematics Teacher at Whitman Middle School within Seattle Public Schools since August 2023. Welch has been involved in educational research and policy consulting, having worked as a Data Analysis Consultant for Oakland Starting Smart and Strong since June 2022 and previously as a Teacher Intern at Seattle Public Schools from August 2022 to June 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Associate in early childhood research and data policy consulting at Oakland Unified School District, where significant evaluations and tools for school programs were developed. Welch's academic background includes a Master in Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and German Studies from Linfield University.
