Feroze Munshi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple educational institutions and roles. Feroze is currently serving as the lead coach for new teacher support and development at the Oakland Unified School District. Prior to this, they worked as a national faculty member for PBLWorks, where they conducted professional development workshops for teachers and school leaders, focusing on under-resourced schools and populations, STEAM subjects, and college success for first-in-family students. Feroze also co-developed training materials and workshops for a team of 80+ teacher-educators and consultants.

Later, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Education at the University of California, Berkeley from 2012 to 2016. Feroze continued their education at Berkeley, focusing on Education Policy, and was enrolled in the ABD (All But Dissertation) program from 2012 to 2019.
