Jackie Hidalgo

Jackie Hidalgo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in administrative support and human resources. Currently serving as the Senior Business Manager in the Talent Division at Oakland Unified School District since October 2017, Jackie previously held the position of Executive Assistant to the General Manager at Neiman Marcus in Palo Alto, CA, from July 2015 to October 2017. In this role, responsibilities included managing administrative duties, event planning, and human resources functions. Prior to that, Jackie worked at Heald College for over 16 years, first as an Executive Assistant/HR Designee and earlier as an Admissions Administrative Assistant. Jackie holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Behavior Studies from the University of San Francisco and an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Computer Office Administration from Heald College-Hayward.
