Kasey Blackburn-Jiron

Kasey Blackburn-Jiron serves as the Director of HealthPATH Programs at Alameda Health System since November 2017 and has been with Oakland Unified School District since December 2006, where Kasey holds the position of Manager for Expanded Linked Learning. In these roles, Kasey specializes in program design and development, assessment and evaluation, research integration, workforce development, and the establishment of partnerships. Additionally, Kasey has experience as a Program Manager for After School initiatives, focusing on K-12 out-of-school programming, strategic partnerships, and continuous quality improvement. Kasey's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a Master's in Education from the University of Pennsylvania, and a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
