Ian Caullay

Ian Caullay, MSHE, currently serves as the Director of Career and Life Design at Oakland University's School of Business Administration, a role held since 2016. Ian is responsible for leading the career center's operations and implementing design thinking methods across campus. Past roles include Director of Employer Relations, where Ian focused on enhancing student internships and employer engagement, significantly increasing internship rates and employer satisfaction.
