Lauri Hogle, Ph.D., serves as the Founder of Singing Christ’s Hope since December 2021, a nonprofit dedicated to fostering gospel-centered hope for suffering women through music and Scripture. Currently a music teacher educator at Oakland University since July 2018, Lauri has a rich background in choral music, having held significant roles such as Artistic Director for the Detroit Children's Choir, where a Kodaly-inspired curriculum was developed, and Choral Music Teacher at Woodstock Middle School, known for integrating technology and achieving superior ratings in performances. Previous positions include Director of Music Ministry and Organist at Christ Presbyterian Church and various music ministry roles across multiple churches. Lauri holds a Ph.D. in Music Education from Oakland University, along with a Master of Music Education from Colorado State University and a Bachelor of Music in Music Therapy from the University of Evansville.
