Vasiliki Tsianika

Vasiliki Tsianika, PhD, is an experienced product manager and educator currently managing the flagship multimillion-dollar product MSC Nastran at Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence since November 2020. Vasiliki gathers customer requests to translate them into technical requirements and previously served as a trusted Application Engineer in Presales, where a promotion to Product Manager occurred within a year. In addition to industry roles, Vasiliki teaches graduate and undergraduate classes at Oakland University's School of Engineering and Computer Science. Prior experience includes working as an Application Engineer at BETA CAE Systems USA, where expertise in CAE tools was leveraged to optimize vehicle assemblies. Vasiliki has also contributed to research and teaching while earning multiple degrees, including a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Oakland University and a Master of Science in Applied Data Science from the University of Michigan.
